Jeff DeCicco is a senior EB-5 executive with more than 12 years of leadership experience across the EB-5 industry. He has held C-suite roles at two of the industry’s leading regional center organizations and has worked closely with immigrant investors from around the world, including investors from India, China, Vietnam, Korea, Singapore, and the Middle East.

Jeff has led EB-5 capital-raising efforts for more than 20 projects, successfully raising over $1.5 billion in aggregate investor capital.

Jeff has also served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of two FINRA-regulated broker dealers affiliated with EB-5 regional centers. In those roles, he was responsible for firm operations, regulatory compliance, and oversight of capital-raising activities, ensuring adherence to FINRA rules and federal securities laws.

Prior to entering the EB-5 industry, Jeff spent nearly 20 years on Wall Street in fixed income and equity derivatives trading, working with leading financial institutions in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Most recently, he served as Head of Equity Derivatives for a division of BGC Group.

Jeff is a frequent panelist on EB-5 and securities-related topics and has been interviewed by mainstream media outlets globally. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University and holds FINRA Series 7, 66, 24, and 4 licenses.
